My thinking is to move toward 2 centers a day aiming for 30 minutes in each center. Students would have plenty of time to complete activities in those centers. I am going to work through and develop enough centers to have 3 students per group and that they can work through various activities (sometimes with flip charts and sometimes not). I will tie in Social Studies and science activities as well. I want them to spend their time investigating and drawing and making conclusions in centers. I want them to be journaling and writing results of what they are reading, seeing and doing.
